"We had a huge branch break and fall out of one of our big oak trees during a thunderstorm. We started calling around looking for someone to clean up the branch (which was bigger than some of the neighbors younger trees) and prune the broken limb in the tree. The gentleman from Patriot answered right away (no need to leave a voice mail) and came out the same day to give an estimate. He came the very next day and trimmed the tree, cleaned up the mess and hauled everything away. Very polite and responsive and you can't even tell that there was a problem yesterday.
