Not every tree job is a straightforward climb-and-cut situation. Steep slopes, soft ground near the water, and properties where you simply cannot afford to tear up the lawn - those jobs require a different approach. That's exactly where our CMC spider lift earns its keep.

The spider lift is a track-driven aerial platform that stabilizes itself on uneven terrain using four independently adjustable outrigger legs. It can work on slopes and tight areas where a standard bucket truck would never fit - and without the weight and footprint that destroys turf and landscaping. For property managers and associations, that matters a lot. Nobody wants to trade a tree problem for a landscaping repair bill.

We brought the 72HD+ Arbor Pro out to a waterfront property with mature trees growing right along a steep bluff. The ground near the water's edge is soft, the slope is real, and there's no practical way to move heavy equipment in without causing damage. The spider lift handles it cleanly. We position it, stabilize it, and get to work - whether that's tree trimming to manage dead or hazardous limbs or full tree removal when a tree has run its course.

This is the kind of job where having the right equipment is the whole ballgame. A crew without the right tools either turns down the work, or they get in there and wreck things trying. We've invested in equipment specifically so we don't have to do either of those things. The tree gets handled, the property stays intact, and the client doesn't have a mess to deal with afterward.

For associations and property managers who oversee lakefront or challenging terrain properties, dependable tree care without collateral damage is a real need. That's what we're set up to deliver.
